舊首爾站是由曾任東京大學教授的塚本靖所設計，於1922年6月動工，1925年9月竣工。當時這個新建築的興建規模相當浩大，而屋頂的圓頂與獨特的外觀，使之成為當時的一大話題。建材主要採用紅磚，而1樓中央大廳的地板則以花崗岩鋪設，中間的牆採用石材，其他牆壁則以人造石砌成。建築內貴賓室的地板皆以檀木鋪設，2樓還設有西餐廳。光復後，京城站改名為首爾站，並將韓戰時遭毀損的部分重新修復。之後，隨著首爾的快速發展，為承受遽增的客流量，於1960年代又新設了南站與西站，與本站分別區隔使用。2004年1月，新首爾站落成，舊首爾站自此被停用。2011年完成修復工程後，將舊首爾站重新命名為文化站首爾284，成為複合文化空間。1樓中央大廳為公演、展示、活動、咖啡廳等空間，而2樓則作為公演、展示、研討會與會議室等多功能廳使用。

上所洞山林浴場位於萬仞山與食藏山山麓的中間地帶，途中可經法桐樹綠色隧道，使此處的美景增色不少。園內由自然體驗與能休養生息的各種設施所組成，尤其有許多許願石塔，相當值得一看。這些承載著家人或戀人等各界祈求家人健康或各種願望的許願石塔，也提供遊客堆疊石塊的空間與機會，以體驗這個意義深遠的活動。而自春至秋，還能欣賞眾多野生花，以輕鬆的心漫步其中，盡情休養生息，享受散步、登山的樂趣。

新堂洞辣炒年糕街形成的起源可以追溯至1970年代的後半，70年代尾聲至80年代，則是新堂洞炒年糕街的全盛時期。1980年代每一家炒年糕店都出現了「DJ區」，當時會傾聽大家的故事和播放音樂的所謂的「帥氣DJ哥哥」儼然成為了新堂洞辣炒年糕街的象徵。另外，那個時候也是高中棒球的全盛時期，當時只要位於東大門棒球場附近的德壽商業高中和善鄰商業高中的比賽一結束，新堂洞辣炒年糕街就會擠滿了學生，這些學生就這樣成為了二十多年的常客。他們只要懷念起以前，就會回到這條巷子來，吃著辣炒年糕，找回他們的青春。而事實上，新堂洞辣炒年糕街的歷史還可以追溯到更久遠的1950年代，據說新堂洞辣炒年糕街的馬福林奶奶早於1953年就開始賣起了炒年糕。以前有間東亞電影院，位於現在新堂洞炒年糕街的附近，在電影院的前面有賣炒年糕、玉米、馬鈴薯等的攤販。在一開始時，炒年糕只是放入辣椒醬製成的炒年糕，但新堂炒年糕這幾十年多年來，已經不再是塞塞牙縫的小吃，而是可以當作正餐的料理之一。最近，炒年糕裡最基本的材料必須具備雞蛋、粉絲、魚板、Q麵，還有魷魚、蝦子、起司等新口味的誕生。

KOO HOUSE是一座由藝術收藏家創立的現代藝術與設計博物館，巧妙地以“家”為設計理念，旨在讓我們在日常生活中也能感受到藝術與設計的魅力。博物館內部精心劃分為十個空間，包括客廳、書房、休息室等，每個空間都如同真實的家庭生活場景，宛如藝術的居住空間。各類現代藝術作品在此空間內自由呈現，包括繪畫、雕塑、攝影、裝置和影像藝術。此外，博物館內還隨處可見超過400件的設計作品，如家具、燈具和鏡子等。 KOO HOUSE的收藏品來源世界各地，包含了各種藝術類型，有David Hockney、Damien Hirst、Ugo Rondinone、Suh Do-ho和Choi Jeong-hwa等著名藝術家的作品。而這座美術館的建築設計，出自於贏得2014年威尼斯雙年展金獅獎的建築大師Cho Minsuk之手。 總體來說，KOO HOUSE打破了傳統博物館的框架，以極具創新的方式將藝術與設計融入到日常生活中，為訪客提供了一種獨特的觀展體驗。

1970年竣工，連接首爾站東西部的首爾站高架道路，因安全問題面臨拆除危機。而後為了給地區注入新活力，推動「首爾路7017」專案，活用既有的高架道路，讓它以「步行橋」之姿重新誕生，使原本孤立的首爾站一帶得以連通。 「首爾路7017」的名字有著許多涵義。既代表著「1970年所建的高架道路於2017年重獲新生」，也指「1970年代的車道，如今成為有著17條人行道，高17m的高架步行橋」。 由名字也可看出，首爾路7017肩負著以17條人行道把被切斷的城市重新連起，並為發展停滯的地區帶來活力的期待。 而這裡也設置了旅遊諮詢處、咖啡廳、木蓮舞臺、蝸牛劇場、玫瑰舞臺、跳跳遊戲區等各式各樣的體驗與便利設施，是方便大家走累了隨時休息或玩樂的空間。整座橋也是座美麗的空中花園，設有645個圓型花盆，植有共228種、24,085株花木。 首爾路7017一年365天24小時全面開放，所有人都可在任何時間自由前往。若事先預約首爾徒步旅遊行程，還可在專業的文化觀光解說員帶領下，一邊聽取導覽，一邊認識首爾站一帶豐富的歷史文化遺產與景點。

世宗大王銅像位於景福宮正門前的世宗路上的光化門廣場，世宗大王為韓國知名的民族英雄，因考慮其為韓國歷史上第一位於景福宮登基且去世的王，所以在光化門前設立了世宗大王的銅像。藉此建立民族自尊，向全世界發揚韓民族的優越性。世宗大王銅像為高6.2m、寬4.3m的坐像，並採坐北朝南的帝王方位，前方250公尺有李舜臣將軍像。銅像的面容不強調君王的威嚴，反而呈一副溫和的表情，其一手拿著書，另一手則是招呼著百姓前來的模樣，整體給人一種容易親近、溫和的感覺。世宗大王銅像前方廣場展示了渾天儀、測雨器、仰釜日晷等模型，廣場邊緣則設有水道以及年表刻文。 另外銅像後方則設有6根石柱，並刻有集賢殿學士圖、鑄字所圖、六鎭開拓圖、對馬島征伐圖、地音圖、書雲觀圖等，象徵了世宗大王所創下的偉業。而銅像後方亦設有通往位於地下的世宗故事館的出入口。

奉恩寺位於江南區三成洞的修道山，既提供給韓國與外國人安穩的休憩處，也可體驗寺廟文化，營運有當天與兩天一夜活動的寺廟寄宿服務。提供難以回顧自我的現代人，在充滿佛祖話語的奉恩寺內，再一次重整自我存在、與週邊人們的關係，以及未來方向的自我省察機會。還有每週四爲了外國人所準備的 ‘木曜寺廟生活’，由專為外國訪客服務的志工團體經營。
